Wow, we have the best instructors! Our unarmed self defense class was a lot of fun and very informative.

We talked a lot about situational awareness. If you are not aware of the Cooper's Color Scale pertaining to situational awareness, you should consider familiarizing yourself with it. Many shooting coaches will refer to it during your training.
